Love is in the air!
I have been creating Valentine's day cards like crazy this weekend. To tell you the truth this is my first year creating any Valentine's Day themed cards...it was a little challenging in the beginning, but i have now found my grove :)
I decided to play along this week with the fabulous color in inspiration photo from Play Date Cafe Challenge Blog.

This week's suggested colors are:

Plum...Pear...Moldy Cheese

I love the fact that i was able to make a non-traditional Valentine's Day card with these fabulous colors.

Play Date Cafe Challenge PDCC114

Hello :)
There was a little rain here in  San Diego earlier and it has been a little cold. My hubby, my daughter and I snuggled up and played video games and we are going to head out later to get some hot chocolate...yum. Today I am playing along with The Play Date Cafe PDCC114...the colors are so warm and beautiful together, just look at the inspiration picture...

Here is my take on it...

I used Rosie Posie from PTI and embossed the flowers and the centers of the hexagons in gold...

As simple as black and white.

Hello there :)
Now that they year has begun, I've decided to challenge myself to new things. I've decided for one that i would blog more, play more and practice my creativity more! yay! So today I am playing along with the Runway Inspired Challenge Blog. The picture really caught my eye, there is so much beauty and edginess in the colors and the pattern :)

and here is what i have created...

I used some gorgeous black hemp twine to give it that edginess, i love the texture it gives the card.

I also added a small stone to give it that bling that it needed to really make it pop!

How are you doing today? I have had a very fun week, i've been  feeling pretty creative this week :)  I hopped on over to the CR84FN Color Challenge blog and decided to play along...the inspiration photograph is so pretty and full of color, i love it! You should play along!

and this is what i came up with...

Don't the color look so lovely together?

I added some crystal effects to the outline of the flowers and the leaves to make them pop :)

Hello All!
Just stopping by to share our family Christmas card that was mailed last week to all of our friends and family. Sorry about the quality of the pictures, I know that they are not very clear but they were taken in a hurry with my iPhone :)
I hope that you all enjoy this time with all of your loved ones, I know we will! my husband can't wait! he is like a big kid! He has been asking me to let him open a present since Wednesday! lol My teenager just laughs at him!
